We have a variety of training options:

1 on 1 personal training

Have all your programming and exercise selections programmed directly for you within a session planned just for you with your trainer

60min and 30 min sessions are available .

Semi-private training

Sometimes the need of a partner, friend, and/or family member can really help to keep you motivated and on track with your training. Not to mention training is sometimes more fun with a partner.

Semi-private training involves a 60min session with you, your partner and the trainer. Similar and or opposing goals can be accomplished in these partner sessions.

Small Group Training

Small group training provides the feel and energy of a group fitness class. Many times these sessions are taken in our group training studio and or in our functional training studio. Small group class consist of 5-10people adn allow for a closer interaction with the instructor then group fitness. Also usually done with a specific type of training ie:

Bootcamp
Boxing
Total Body Conditioning
Sport Training (elementary and high school)
